Dermatology Services

Dermatology services and treatment now available at Shenton Medical Group

In our growing efforts to make healthcare more affordable and accessible, Parkway Shenton is now offering dermatology services at our clinic(s).

Skin conditions are one of the key reasons people seek medical attention.

A general practitioner (GP) with further training in dermatology would be able to handle 90% of the dermatological conditions, cutting out unnecessary referrals and resulting in

  • Convenience
  • Earlier treatment and
  • Reduced spending.

At Parkway Shenton, besides treating skin conditions with medication and creams, the set-up allows for biopsies of suspicious lesions eg. a mole that has changed in appearance or remove growths from the skin eg. sebaceous cysts and lipoma.

Our specialist partners also work closely together with our doctors, providing skills upgrading and training for the GPs, and allowing for an exchange of intellect and expertise between both parties.
