Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) Singapore

CHAS Card Holder

The Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), was set up by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to enable all Singapore Citizens to receive financial subsidies for medical care at participating General Practitioner (GP) clinics.

All Singaporeans, including Pioneer Generation (PG) and Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholders, are eligible for CHAS. To qualify for CHAS subsidies, eligible Singaporeans can apply for CHAS here. Those who already have the Public Assistance (PA) card need not apply as the PA card already qualifies cardholders for full subsidies.
