Parkway Shenton is closely monitoring the ongoing situation of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Singapore. Your health is our biggest priority.

We have implemented strict measures at our premises for the protection of our patients, visitors, staff and healthcare workers, as well as for the wider community. Rest assured we are responding to the situation by the day, and are adapting our operations to ensure our clinics continue to be a safe environment for those who require medical attention.

Get tested for COVID-19 by taking a PCR swab test or ART test at selected Shenton clinics.

Safety Measures for Parkway Shenton Clinics

Visitor Registration and Screening

  • From 17 May 2021, TraceTogther-Only SafeEntry (ToS) will be mandatory at all our clinics and centres in line with government guidelines.
  • All individuals will need to use either their TraceTogether (TT) App or TT Token to check-in to our clinics and centres. Individuals without TT App or TT Token will not be allowed entry.
  • Members of the public may collect your TT Tokens at designated token distribution centres set up at the various community centres. Information pertaining to designated distribution centres can be found at
  • Triage stations are set up to register and screen patients and visitors for fever, travel and contact history. Staff have been notified to facilitate contact tracing should there be confirmed case notified by MOH Surveillance Team.
  • All patients are to wear masks.

Vaccination-differentiated Entry at Malls

Due to the recent COVID-19 restriction measures implemented, non-vaccinated individuals will not be allowed entry to shopping malls.

In order to visit our clinics that are located in the malls, non-vaccinated patients will need to show proof of appointment bookings. The following clinics are affected by the latest restriction measures:

  1. Alexandra Retail Centre
  2. Bukit Panjang Plaza
  3. Kovan Heartland Mall
  4. Marina Bay Link Mall
  5. Punggol Oasis Terraces
  6. SingPost Centre
  7. Yishun Wisteria Mall

For vaccinations and health screenings, please show the safe entry officer your booking confirmation SMS / Email.

For patients with acute symptoms, there are 2 ways you can book your appointments:

    • Download our MyHealth360 app
    • Select Visit Shenton GP Clinic Appointment
    • Search for the clinic of your choice
    • Choose “General Practice (GP)”
    • Select the timeslot of your choice
    • You will receive your booking confirmation instantly
  2. Calling the Clinic Direct Line*
    • Kindly provide your details to our clinic assistant and we will send you an SMS confirmation

*Please note that we might not be able to attend to your call immediately due to the high volume of patients and call we are receiving. We seek your kind understanding on this.

Visitor Restrictions

  • Restriction of accompanying visitors to a maximum of 1 per patient in the clinic and centres.
  • Practising of social distancing and limiting number of patients in clinics to prevent crowding.

Management of Patients

  • Isolation and segregation of patients with fever and/or respiratory symptoms with provision of surgical masks to limit risk of transmission. These patients will also examined by the doctor in a separate area.*
  • Encourage telephone review of health screening results to minimise contact and additional trips to the centres.#

Management of Services

  • Suspension of aerosol generating procedures within the clinic (eg. nebulisation) to prevent the risk of respiratory secretion droplets contaminating the air. *
  • Suspension of all upper respiratory tests (eg. spirometry) until further notice.#
  • Individually packed meals for patients.#

Workplace Safety

  • Twice-daily temperature monitoring of staff.
  • All staff are to wear masks.
  • All clinic staff are equipped with Personal Protection Equipment (mask, goggles, hospital gowns etc.) in accordance to MOH recommendations.

Cleaning and Disinfecting

  • Thorough cleaning and disinfection of all clinics and centres daily.
  • Disinfection of doctors' and staff's workstations twice a day.
  • Isolation areas are wiped down with disinfectants after each suspect case has been attended to.*
