Temperature screening at all border checkpoints is the Ministry of Health's first line of defence against importation of contagious disease into Singapore in the event of yellow to orange DORSCON (Disease Outbreak Response Systems Condition) alerts.
Parkway Shenton Pte Ltd has been appointed as the medical service provider conducting the screening at all border checkpoints - Changi Airport, Woodlands Checkpoint, Tuas Checkpoint and all Seaports and Cruise Centers.
All participants in this project will play a very important and critical role in the Ministry of Health's national defence plan.
We require a medical screening team, comprising Doctors, Nurses, Project Coordinators and Health Care Assistants (Non-nursing) to conduct the temperature screening as activated by MOH. The positions will be on a locum, temporary or part-time basis, with a possibility of conversion to full-time contract terms. The following requirements apply:
Doctor
Job scope: To conduct temperature screening and assess febrile cases
• Registered with Singapore Medical Council
• Singaporeans or PRs only
Nurse
Job scope: To conduct primary and secondary temperature screening and assess febrile cases
• Possess a valid practising certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board
. Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
. Able to be activated on short notice (within 1-3 days)
. Singaporeans or PRs only
Project Coordinator
Job scope: To conduct primary and secondary temperature screening and assess febrile cases
. At least 2-3 years' working experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
. Experience with a medical or relevant background will be an added advantage
. Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
. Able to communicate in English
. Possesses positive work attitude and ability to work in a team
. Singaporeans or PRs only
Health Care Assistant (Non-Nursing)

Job scope: To conduct primary temperature screening.
. Health care experience is not required. Training will be provided
. Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
. Able to be activated on short notice (within 1-3 days)

. Students, homemakers and retirees are welcome
. Singaporeans or PRs only
Dress Code
White polo T-shirt and dark coloured long jeans or pants with covered shoes.
